So I commented on one of my family member’s blogs and while it had spaces and looked nice, saved into one humongous paragraph and now I can’t figure out how to edit my comment so that it’s actually readable. Help?!

Richard, thanks so much. This definitely helped to understand the Family/Friend difference and I think I’m on the right track. One more question at this point: when I go to ‘Edit Album’ and then click the drop-down menu for ‘View Access’ there is a Family option, a Family and Friends options, but no just Friends (no Family) option. I haven’t made a Friend group yet but if I do, will the just Friends option be added to this drop-down menu?

I don’t understand your suggestion. I need to set up a Friend group within my Family group so they can see these pictures? When is the upcoming release happening (because this all seems too complicated than simply allowing certain Family Members access to photos and not all of them)?

So I can load private photos, then ‘share’ them in which another person gets an email and it’s through that link that they can view the photos.

Is there any way for this to be easier so that people don’t need to always click the email link to view the photos? Basically, I’m trying to create a photo album that 2 of my 3 other family members can view. But if those 2 that I want to give access to always have to click on a link in an email (which can be easily lost), that’s a pain. Is there a way I’m not seeing of allowing only certain family members easier access?

This was already in the original photos topic but no one responded to my problem. I’ve added some photos recently that show up with a red X. I’m in the logged-in mode and the X photo is the same size as other photos that have shown up. Also, I can’t delete the photos that don’t show up because in the album, when I click on the ‘photo01045’ or the X, the photo doesn’t load and so I can’t delete it. Help!

Topic: Open discussion / Delete Account?

Does anyone know how to deactivate an account? Not just a member from an account, but a full-on family account? My friend accidentally created a new one while trying to sign up for my family account and we can’t find the delete account. Help?
