When someone imports contacts, your system defaults to select sending everyone that was imported an e-mail asking them to join. I hadn’t realized this when I hit the import button! So I wound up sending e-mails to people I never intended to. I realize that you are trying to build awareness, but this seems like a cheap and embarrassing way to do it. That box should be something you have to click so that people don’t automatically send e-mails. That’s spamming and is really, really rude. I was really liking your site until I realized it had done this.
