Clearing your browser's cache (locked)

Clearing your browser’s cache can often resolve a number of problems you might be experiencing while using Famundo. Please clear your cache to see if it resolves your problem before contacting support. Below are steps for clearing the cache in several different browsers. Internet Explorer 6 1. On the Internet Explorer 6 menu, click Internet Options. The Internet Options box should open to the General tab. 2. On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet Files section, click the Delete Files button. This will delete all the files that are currently stored in your cache. 3. Click OK, and then click OK again. Restart Internet Explorer Internet Explorer 7 1. On the Internet Explorer 7 menu, click Internet Options. The Internet Options box should open to the General tab. 2. On the General tab, in the Browsing history section, click the Delete button. 3. The Delete Browsing History box appears. 4. Click on the Delete Files button. 5. The Delete Files prompt will appear. 6. Click on Yes. 7. Click on Close button to close the Delete Browsing History box. 8. Click on OK to close the Internet Options page. 9. Restart Internet Explorer. Firefox 2.0 (PC) 1. On the Firefox 2.0 menu, click Tools > Clear Private Data. 2. Restart Firefox. Firefox 2.0 (Mac) 1. On the Firefox 2.0 menu, click Tools > Clear Private Data. 2. The Clear Private Data box will open. 3. Make sure the Cache checkbox is checked. 4. Click on Clear Private Data Now. 5. Restart Firefox. Safari 2.0 1. On the Safari menu, click on Safari > Empty Cache. 2. The Empty Cache prompt will open. 3. Click on Empty. 4. Restart Safari. |
