By default, security settings for calendars, calendar categories, event, document and messages are set to View access: No One. If you typically schedule events that you want the public to see, you can change these settings.
From Famundo’s calendar menu, select Setup > My Settings.
Select the General tab
Change View access: to Public.
The public will now be able to see the events you create in the future.
Note: You may need to change the View access for calendars, calendar categories and events that you have previously created. An event’s View access: can be changed on a per event basis if you wish to make some events private in the future.
