Adding "Support" as a user (locked)

Occasionally our support team will ask you to add Support as a user to your Famundo site. This is will create a temporary user that will allow us to log in and troubleshoot any issues you might be having. You can delete Support as a user after we have resolved your issue. To add Support as a user, please follow these steps: Famundo for Families Go to Setup > Family Settings Famundo for Organizations Go to Setup > Organization Settings |
