Occasionally our support team will ask you to take a screen shot so we can see an error or problem that you are experiencing. A screen shot is just what it sounds like, it is a shot or picture of your screen that captures the error or problem.

Here are steps for taking a screen shot on both PC and Mac computers.

Windows computers

1. Make sure your computer monitor has the error or problem on the screen.
2, Hit the Prnt Scrn key on your keyboard.
3. Open your word processing program.
4. On the main menu select Edit > Paste.
5. This will place the captured screen image in your new document.
6. Save this document and attached it to an e-mail to support.

Apple computers

1. Make sure your computer monitor has the error or problem on the screen.
2. Open Finder and launch the Grab application.
3. In Grab, select Capture > Screen.
4. When the captured screen opens, select Save and save it to your desktop
