Hi. Sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please post the name of your Famundo account as well as your web browser version? Regards. |

Hi, I can’t duplicate this problem on our test machines. Can you clear your browser cache and retry please? (you can find steps here http://forum.famundo.com/forums/3/topics/94 ) Another option that you have is to install Firefox (http://www.firefox.com) and use that instead of IE7. Regards, |

I have also run into bevclark1’s problem sporadically, and I use Firefox/XP. No real rhyme or reason to it. I usually close out Famundo and start it up again and it goes away. |

Hi, Can you give more details please about your browser and OS ? Regards, |

Firefox: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.14) Gecko/20080404 Firefox/2.0.0.14 XP: Windows XP Professional: Version 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 Build 2600 |

I neglected to mention that I get this problem with both Firefox and IE (Version 7.0.5730.11) on two different computers. And while I said it happened sporadically, I didn’t mean that it only happens once in a while—it happens at least once a day. Seems odd that there are only two of us having problems with this. |

Hi, Thanks. |

11:08pm, May 1 Tried to “add event”, and there is no box to fill in at “start at” and “ends at”. Enter description, hit “add” and a yellow box with “undefined method `-’ for nil:NilClass” comes up. If you try to drag the event into the calendar, and get the time that way, it doesn’t work, either. I’ve emailed what the “add event” box looks like on my screen. This is from a computer using IE7. |
