Changing Calendar security
When my calendar imported, it defaulted to Public. I don’t want it viewable to the public, but I can’t find out how to change the setting not that it’s imported besides going to each event individually and editing it. How can I change the security for the whole thing at once? Also, when an event repeats, is there a way to cancel just one of them? Say you have something every Tues. but it doesn’t meet on Christmas (which is a Tues. this year). Can I delete it from just that day? So far, when I try, it deletes the entire series. |

Hi, In order to change your existing calendar sharing settings you can do that from the Calendar module if you go to the More/Share calendars and change the level of sharing for that particular Calendar. Regarding being defaulted to Public. Did you create a new Calendar during the import? If so, that calendar record inherits the settings you have defined Setup/My Settings/General page (check the ‘Default View access’ option there). If you have that setup to Public, anything that you create in Famundo will have ‘Public” as sharing level. Regarding exceptions for recurrent activities. It’s something we’re working on and we’ll be available in a future release (along with more recurrence rules). Regards, |

Thanks! That worked great. And thanks for working on the recurrence thing. |
