Setup for family settings is no more available

Hi,
why can’t I setup the family settings, the setup menu shows only "My Settings" and "Change My Password".

Hello,
The ‘Family settings’ are available for users that have the Parents role. So you’re probably logged into your Famundo account with an user that doesn’t have the ‘Parent’ role.

Hi,
thanks for your answer, I changed my role from ‘Parent’ to ‘Adult’, now nobody in the family has the parent role, what can I do to get access again ?

Hello,
Please send an email to the support address (support@famundo.com) with the account name and the usename you wish to be reseted back to a Parent role and someone will take care of that.
