Alarms not coming at the right time

I have a weekly event setup from 7 to 8 PM on Wednesday nights. I have set a reminder to be emailled an hour before the event. Last night the reminder did not arrive until 9:45 PM.

This morning I checked to make sure my time zone in Famundo was set properly and it is (eastern time – GMT -5). I also checked the response time for my email servers and at most it takes a minute for emails to arrive.

Is anyone else having the same issues?

Hi,

I just tested with Eastern time here and it seems fine.
Can you double-check please that your event is scheduled in the timezone? If you edit it click on the earth icon thingy next to the Start date field and make sure it’s Eastern time (maybe you changed your default timezone after you scheduled that event?)
