re-occuring appt not showing up

I have setup an appointment on April 26th 2009 (3 times) and it wont show up. So for kicks, I setup the appt in my outlook and had it sync. The log shows it sync’d but again, it wont show up. issue? any suggestions for fix? (its one of my son’s birthdays).

Hi,

I think I know the cause of this issue. When you add an yearly recurring event and set the start date to let’s say April 26th,
you have to double check if the month is set to April as well in the recurrence definition controls (On April 26th)...I know that the day is always carried over to this, but the month is not working all the time. We’re investigating this issue and trying to fix it right now. So please retry to schedule it and double-check that both the start date and the recurrence definition have correct info.

Regarding the sync with Outlook. I’ll need your account name to check the sync logs to see if there are any errors there.
