Problems syncing up to Famundo

Hi. I am able to succesfully sync from Famundo to Outlook, but not vice versa. Or at least it appears that way. Actually events added to my Famundo calendar do show up on my Outlook calendar, but appointments from OL do not show up on my Famundo calendar.

I am also having sync problems I initially tried a one-way sync from the server to outlook. Then I tried changing to a two-way sync.

The log shows no appointments syncing

Hi,

I tried to figure out what are the accounts that you both use for the Outlook sync based on the forum e-mail addresses.

Looking at the sync logs I see that you both sync ok from Famundo to Outlook, but I don’t see any activity from your Outlooks to our server.
Can you double check that you have enabled a Two-Way sync for Calendar ( the steps are here: http://help.famundo.com/help/items/configure_plugin )?
Another thing that you can look at is your Sync settings from your Famundo account (steps are here http://help.famundo.com/help/items/configure_famundo_sync ). Please check that you have a calendar selected there for the ‘Receive into Famundo” section. So please check that ‘Two-Way sync’ is enabled for your Calendar as well as your Famundo settings.

If both these steps are ok please go to your Famundo Outlook Plugin and enable temporarily higher level of Logging (from Tools/Logging..please Select Debug and press Ok).
If you can create a dummy activity in your Outlook, try to sync it with Famundo and then send me your local log file to the support email address (support@famundo.com). This will speed up the debug process.
