Can't access your account

I installed the outlook plugin and configured settings in the plugin and on famundo (btw your link only explains how to install plugin not where/how to configure it and famundo). When I try to sync, I get the following error: Can’t access your account. Correct your server location, username or password. I know my username and password are correct. I did not change the default server address |

It says the server name must be corrected if I use the server above. If you delete out the “ds” at the end it looks like it starts to sync, I thought. Said it was reading my outlook, but it failed and gave an error message. Accountname: calzadacazalot |

Hi Jennifer, Looking at the logs I can see the sync settings are a bit wrong. First, this url http://sync.famundo.com/funambol/ds is correct so please leave the ds part there. For more details you can find at this link http://help.famundo.com/help/items/syncoutlook a lot of info (the Famundo settings as well as the Outlook plugin settings down in the bottom of the page).
