i downloaded the sync file and yet when i click to sync all folders i get this error report ” can’t access your account. correct your server location, username or password.” i have tried several versions of options there and still nothing. then i tried following the directions for going into my outlook folder to file, import export, CSV windows, etc. I then get an error message saying ‘cannot start the required translator. do i want to install now?’ so i attempt to install and it asks for the original disk for the outlook program I have which does not serve to do anything at all. so what now?! |

Hi, Not sure about your Outlook error, I guess you didn’t install everything they need. On the sync side I see what is the problem (I looked in the logs and see you’re sending your email address as the username for the sync). Please follow the sync steps from the Help (http://help.famundo.com/help/items/configure_plugin) meaning you need to type in your Famundo accound and your Famundo username and not your email address.
