Windows error

I have installed the outlook sync plug in, but when I open up the plug in and click on options to set up the sync with my account information. I get a message that says windows has experienced an error and must shut down and then the plug in disappears from the screen. Windows does not acually shut down. |

I am using outlook 2003. also, I ment to say that the message says that te plug in has encounterd and error and need to shut down, not window. Thanks. |

I do not have another Plugin installed. I have sucessfully installed the plug in on my lap top at home. I am trying to install it on my computer at work. Our Network Administer has tried to install it also. |

Hi, Can you check if there if you have the lastest service pack for Outlook 2003 (SP3) ? Also do you have SP2 for Windows XP installed? Cosmin |
