Private Notes?

Hi. Is there a way to make notes for an event PRIVATE while maintaining viewing accessibility for the public? For example, if I want to add an event and list details about the event, but keep specific notes about setup and what not private, how do I accomplish this? This is very important for our organization. Please advise. Thanks.

What you can do is to upload a document with your private notes into the Document Center. Set the ’’View Access’’ for that document to ’’Private’’. Then, schedule the event with view access set to ’’Public’’ and attach the new document to it.
When the event is viewed by the public, they will not see the attached document. But, if you log in and view the event, you will be able to open and view the document.
Similarly, you can set the document’s ’’View access’’ to ’’Staff’’. In this case, anyone on your staff would be able to open and view the document

Thanks for the response, however, the way our maintenance schedule is structured, we would have to have a separate "notes" section that would be added when an event or meeting is being added so that the data would export with the other event data. Any other suggestions?
