Hello! I have an organizational Famundo site, and all the information is viewable only by members/administrators. We have added a URL to the Header area so that when our members click on the header, they will be taken to a website where we have varius documents/training materials stored. Our concern is that even if you’re not signed into the Famundo site, you can still click on the logo and be taken to our documents. Are members of the public able to find our Famundo site by chance? If so, they could click on that link and view our documents, which we would rather not have them do. Or does the URL have to be shared with them in order for them to view it? We’re wondering if we have to move this to a more secure area that can only be reached once you have signed in, although having it in the header area is very visually appealing.
We’ve also noticed that when we are loading events/changing details it often does not record the changes/updates right away. Is that something that can be changed? Thanks for any help! Margaret
