User Password change

Hi,

still learning here – one user I’ve added can’t get logged in. As admin, I can’t change his password, and obviously he can’t get on to change it, nor can I delete him and add him again. What do we do?

I will give this user a temporary password. Please send the user’s login name to support@famundo.com and I will respond with the new password.
