Loading delays and server errors

I am trying out your calendar for our organization and am struggling with long loading delays between most activities, such as adding a new event in the calendar. I am often getting an “oops unable to communicate with server” message. Is this a common problem or is there something I can do to allow the system to work more quickly? |

I am also receiving a sporadic but frequent error when clicking the Messages link. I get an Internet Explorer error that says the page cannot be displayed. As soon as I bring the site back up again, I can click the link and it will work – but the error continues to appear later when I click the link. |

I am very happy with the capabilities of Famundo as I’ve just begun to use it to schedule tours for a museum. However, EVERY time I give it a command (switch from one month to another, add an event, delete an event, etc, etc), I get a loading bar that lasts for 5-20 seconds before the change takes place. I understand from a tech that this is a server issue. Is there a timeline for when this will be fixed? I cannot continue to work with such long wait times considering the high volume I’m working with. Unfortunately, I will not continue to patronize Famundo if this continues to be an issue for much longer. |

Hi Erica I apologize the the delays you are experiencing. We are very aware of the speed issue. We will be releasing a new version of Famundo in the very near future which has corrected a number of factors that are causing the slowness.
